Copyright Laws are intended to protect the intellectual property that gives the author of an original work exclusive rights in relation to that work, including its publication, distribution and adaptation. Copyright applies to any expressible form of an idea or information that is substantive and discrete and fixed in a medium. Some jurisdictions also recognize “moral rights” of the creator of a work, such as the right to be credited for the work. Copyright is described under the umbrella term intellectual property.

Please respect the all work created on this blog, photographs and writings, since I have worked really hard to produce this body of work over a really, really long time; it is quite disappointing when someone decides to your for and use it for their own intended purposes or authorship; besides it is just bad kharma.

Thanks in advance for morally, ethically, and legally abiding by these laws; hey in case you like something, and want to use for something, email me, and see what we can work out.
